Job Description

Feizy has an immediate opportunity for an EDI ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST in our corporate office in North Dallas. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in processing customer orders from major retailers such as Wayfair, Amazon, Target, At Home, Kroger, etc. Articulate candidates with a passion for customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills will succeed in this role. This position is responsible for overseeing the order process, coordinating logistics and assisting the sales, purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently, accurately and on time. Previous data processing, EDI order processing, and customer service experience is required.


* Promptly and professionally handle all customer requests to provide solutions and a high level of service and care.

* Bring in customer orders daily via EDI and customer portals and check for accuracy.

* Bring in all drop ship orders daily and prepare for shipment.

* Send daily advance shipping notifications (ASNs) for all EDI transactions.

* Update orders daily with tracking numbers, invoice numbers and ship dates.

* Check for all non-integrated EDI orders and bring them in manually, entering them and sending ASNs via web portal.

* Respond to incoming emails and phone calls with same-day service.

* Print and process daily remittances for accounting to process.

* Confirm purchase order changes and makes changes to orders in our ERP system.

* Review daily order batches to ensure accuracy.

* Send daily order totals and allocations via ERP and email.

* Maintain accurate documentation of all actions/conversations/issues through workflow tools (e.g., smartsheets; internal database).

* Use reporting software or smartsheets for various tasks including purchase order allocations, daily totals, open ASNs, and other data requirements.

* Work with various departments includes sales, operations, accounting, inventory, and warehouse teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.

* Monitor delayed orders and notify warehouse team as needed for ETAs.

* Troubleshoot any errors with daily EDI tasks such as ASN rejections or orders on hold.

* Use third party software to ensure EDI processes are completed accurately.

* Direct or route calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.

* Process various types of orders from simple to complex, manually through email, via portals and using an EDI interface.

* Process returns efficiently and accurately.

* Cross train in all aspects of Client Services and Operations.

* Perform other Client Services related duties as needed
