Fyba Talent have an excellent opportunity for you to come and join a client of ours who are rapidly growing across all parts of England and are a leader within their industry.

They are actively seeking multiple Field Sales Executives who are based in or can easily travel to either Milton Keynes, Luton, Cambridge, Aylesbury, Banbury, St Albans, Oxford, Watford, or the surrounding areas. You will be given the chance to impact the success of this incredibly exciting business within its early stages and will play a real part in the company's growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a real passion for sales and building relationships with customers in a face-to-face environment.

The Role Itself:

* Driving sales and building customer relationships through door-to-door field sales, marketing activities, and attending local events.

* Selling a top of the package within its industry.

* If a sale isn’t made straight away ensure to create a warm rapport as sales aren't expected on the first meeting.

* Attending events and customer premises in the locality.

* On Track Earnings circa £15,000 on top of base salary in the first year.

Ideal Candidate:

* A team player, who has a great personality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

* Background in sales, hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing roles.

* Self-motivated and passionate about sales and building relationships.

* Target driven and comfortable with KPIs.

* Resilient to pressure and personable individual.

* Any previous experience in a direct sales position would be desirable.

* You must have a driving license for this role.
