Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for Key Stage 1 education? We are looking for a Part-Time KS1 Teacher to join our school in Gloucestershire from September 2025. The Role:

As a Part-Time KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 1 or Year 2 class. You will create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that allows children to develop both academically and personally. This is a permanent, part-time position, which allows for flexibility while ensuring that you still make a significant impact on the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for KS1.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support where needed.

*

Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel valued, motivated, and encouraged to reach their potential.

*

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent high standards of teaching across KS1.

*

Support the social and emotional development of children, ensuring their well-being is a priority.

*

Work closely with parents and carers to share information on student progress and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

*

Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and the developmental needs of young children.

*

A passion for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners.

*

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

*

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

A commitment to the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
