Job Description

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national nonprofit profit provider of housing and care services for adults with disabilities and seniors as well as veterans seeks a full time Regional Housing Manager for various locations throughout the USA to ensure properties are managed per government regulations, develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff. 


Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field is preferred.  Combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted. Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management. Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs

This position will require moderate travel ability - so you must be available to travel as needed (out of state)
