We are seeking an individual that brings a contagious energy and enthusiasm to the position of Senior Learning & Development Training Manager. This person will assess training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and deliver high-quality training programs that generate great results.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop training needs and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for employee development.

Deliver a wide range of soft skills training workshops on topics including, but not limited to, management/leadership development, communications, interpersonal, time management, business and problem solving skills.

In partnership with Arch leaders and L&D, create and maintain coaching, mentoring and structured peer support programs.

Create course content, participant guides, handouts, job aids, evaluation/measurement tools, and test criteria for training programs, ensuring that all materials are consistent with adult learning principles.

Conduct follow-up assessment of completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modify programs based on findings, as needed.

Assist in fostering a learning culture within the team and across the organization.

Identify opportunities to improve and expand professional development curriculum.

Willingness to travel up to 33% in the Americas region.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Exceptional facilitation skills with both face-to-face and virtual delivery modalities.

• Strong understanding and experience applying principles of adult learning theory, needs assessment, instructional design, delivery, and Kirkpatricks four levels of evaluation.

• Ability to use data and metrics to demonstrate the impact of L&D interventions.

• Knowledge of general business fundamentals, finance, and management principles.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and consult with senior leaders, business partners, internal customers, and colleagues to drive business results.

• Solid project management skills and experience coordinating multiple events.

• Proficient in Microsoft products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint

• Experience with LMS platforms and webinar tools.

• Must have very strong professional presence and presentation skills

• More experience with professional development skills development – including communication skills, management training, business acumen, sales training, etc. opposed to technical IT systems training

• Virtual and classroom training delivery/facilitation in a corporate environment (in the financial industry a plus)

• The following certifications are a plus: CPTD, MBTI, DiSC, or Coaching

Desired Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 6+ years of directly related experience in a corporate trainer or education role.


• Bachelor’s degree, applicable training certification, or equivalent work experience.
