Location:Working from home with occasional visits to offices in Ramsgate

Salary: £20k BASIC - £28k OTE

Job Description:

The Telesales role is a lead generation role that aims to drive new business for the company through calls to Kent based businesses in need of IT Support. The Telesales role is expected to book meetings with these businesses for the Managing Director to attend.

Basic Functions:

Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
Use data lists provided to call Kent based businesses to book in IT Support meetings with them.
Update the ConnectWise CRM system with prospect information and keep this consistently up to date.
Use the CRM System to keep track of all prospects called and to follow up with these when necessary.
During phone calls, assess if the business is a good fit e.g do they have an IT budget, how many endpoints to they have etc.
Arrange and schedule IT Support meetings for the Managing Director to attend.
Complete email follow ups from phone calls with prospects who are genuinely interested in IT Support.
Direct prospects to the monthly Cyber Security webinars and content marketing produced.
Liaise with the rest of the Sales Team when a proposal is required for a prospect.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
Enter all work as activities or service tickets in ConnectWise.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

* Essential: GCSE Maths and English at Grade B or Equivalent

* Desirable: BA/BS, preferably in sales, or a related field.

* Desirable: At least two years of sales experience.
