We have an excellent entry level role to offer someone who is looking for a start point in their career.
Our client based in Cheltenham, are looking for someone to join their team due to expansion and this role will be working with a small team, within a larger organisation.  This role is office based but is in an industrial setting so all applicants must be aware that this is not a fancy office building and you will be required to wear STC boots & a high viz vest potentially!
Working alongside the Customer Liaison and Sales person you will be responsible for the administration and customer care post sale. The person you will be working with is super efficient at organising new orders and jobs that have come in, handling all of the sales process elements and managing the customers needs and expectations. What they really need assistance with is the after sales process! So duties will include sending invoices using Sage (don't worry full training will be give!), answering the phone and emailing customers, checking how the service was, ensuring jobs were completed correctly and requesting feedback and testimonials for their social media channels.
This role is a temp to perm opportunity to start at the beginning of January, will be working full time hours 8:30am - 5:00pm and will be paying NMW commensurate with applicants age.
