Description

We are looking to welcome experienced Kitchen Planners to our newly formed London team - we are looking for sales people, with a passion for the customer!

You will need to meet our customers, in a space and time appropriate to them, understand their needs and use your expertise to deliver the best possible options using your Company product knowledge to meet their needs.

You are an experienced furniture planner, whether that be Kitchens or another area of the home.

• Knowledge of the customer's activities and needs and solutions in London.

• Have expert knowledge of the Company's kitchen product range, including the wide range of service products.

• High sales steering ability - including offer alternatives and upselling, high numeracy and computer literacy skills

• The ability to pro-actively build a rapport and follow-up with your own customers • Knowledge of the total kitchens market and the competitor offer.

• Strong understanding of our systems, tools, processes and procedures.

• A high passion for kitchens

• Enjoy working in a unique, complex, dynamic and detailed business environment.

• Desire and capacity to increase your total knowledge of the kitchens business

• Have a passion for your own personal development

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pro-actively interact with customers to provide the highest level of service

• Understand and utilise complex systems and selling tools, communication channels and industry know-how for each individual and different customers resulting in the best solutions that exceeds customers' expectations.

• Maintain a high level of kitchens product and market knowledge.

• Understand and contribute to the store and kitchens business plan by delivering on the business and personal goals set.

• Understand the importance of Right First Time on the customer and the brand and how you can contribute towards prevention.

• Analyse reports, identify and recommend commercial opportunities to support the strategy.

• Maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability by tracking, following-up and converting customers.

• Actively steer towards prioritised products and services

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All available positions are full-time and permanent, working 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends.

You will be expected to manage your own workload and be flexible to meet the customer.

There will be a need, on occasion and at the customer's request, for you to travel around the London market area
