Job Summary



Help lead the successful launch and development of the automotive leasing product by coordinating the development of strategy, systems, policies, technological integration and other requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to support critical projects required in launching the Lease Maturity programs and developing the customer service and other customer touchpoints for the Lease portfolio. Fulfill role as leasing expert, guiding departments and personnel throughout organization on implementing on-going best practices and developing solutions to meet the needs of the OEM, Stellantis Financial Services, Stellantis Dealers and customers.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.



Manages day-to-day efforts with program administration efforts including lease program and communication to Stellantis dealers.



Actively resolves customer and dealer issues during launch of the lease maturity efforts and on-going development efforts.



Provides key support to enabling groups include Marketing, Remarketing, Digital Product and Customer Experience to facilitate efforts to support Lease portfolio growth.



Designs workflows, facilitates technology integration and manages vendor relationships to ensure smooth launch of Lease Maturity operational efforts.



Guides operational efforts to support customer journey and all digital touchpoints throughout life of a customer s lease.



Assists with developing reporting to monitor lease portfolio performance & policies, operational effectiveness and other lease-specific requirements.



Helps company make strategic decisions to optimize profitability.



Cultivates the SFS corporate culture that ensures team members are reaching their potential through engagement, training, mentorship and personal development.



Actively assesses industry trends and industry participants to benchmark best practices.



Advises other departments and personnel on best practices to deliver industry leading efforts to support Stellantis North America, Stellantis dealers and customers.



Understands and clearly communicate the dealers and customers needs to internal business teams to affect and implement appropriate change.



Continually monitors competitor and industry developments.



Supports and advances corporate initiatives.



Complies with all company policies and procedures.



Various tasks and projects as assigned.



Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Lease product team employees and carries out those responsibilities in accordance with the company s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning and assigning, and directing work, appraising performance employees, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a college degree or MBA. Candidates should have at least 10 years of automotive leasing and/or captive automotive finance experience.



Automotive Industry Knowledge The role requires a high level understanding of the functions and interactions of a captive finance company. Understanding of automotive finance technology and applications including digital products, enterprise software, enterprise correspondence and other corporate systems.



Ability to work effectively with cross-functional personnel, manage a team, mentor and provide training as needed to ensure the team is performing at its highest level.



Financial Skills Ability to understand and communicate financial calculations. Ability to grasp key drivers of profitability and lease portfolio calculations.



Mathematical Skills Calculations are periodically required to calculate items relevant to leasing portfolio requirements.



Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have beginning to intermediate MS Office skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAS or SQL skills are preferred for reporting development.



Other Qualifications Knowledge of leasing automotive origination systems, credit process workflows, credit policy, pricing framework, back-end products, remarketing operations, lease maturity activities and dealer reward programs is preferred.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
