Description: Large manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This is a non-union facility.

Responsibilities:

Manage all HR functions in a large manufacturing plant



Manage and mentor HR staff in facility



Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding



Report to Plant Manager and corporate HR



Requirements:Minimum BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or other comparable major



8+ years HR management experience in the manufacturing industry



Non-union plant experience



Large plant experience (1000+ employees)



Company will provide relocation package
