Solderer II 2nd shift 3:45pm-12:15AM $22-$24hr DOE,



Job Summary:

Set up and solder components to fabricated boards. Remove and replace components using a hot air reflow machine. The repair specialist will also repair Printed circuit board assemblies that do not meet the customers specifications or IPC-610 requirements.



Primary Responsibilities:



perform thru-hole soldering, assembly & mechanical assembly as directed



Rework/repair THT



Rework of Printed Circuit Board by cutting circuits, adding wires, and pad repair.



Responsible for packaging and preparation for delivery of products repaired by Company.



Assist with special projects as needed and other duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):



Excellent communication and organization skills



Must be detailed orientated and able to multi-task



Mechanical assembly skills



Ability to understand and follow instructions both verbal and written



Working knowledge and understanding of assembly drawings and ECOs.



Component identification and verification



Ability to operate hot air reflow machine



Must be able to use a microscope



Basic knowledge and understanding of IPC 610 inspection requirements and J standard 001 soldering requirements, certification is required



Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Manex, Aegis, and Circuit cam are preferred.



Able to prioritize



Basic Math



2+ years of soldering/rework experience
