A Health Care group local Minneapolis, MN is looking to hire a Contract Digital Content Author!



Contract: 6 Months



Location: Minneapolis, MN



Pay: $50-55/ hourly



Work hours: Monday through Friday- 9am 4pm CT. Also includes some occasional nights/overnights planned in advance.



The Digital Content Author position will work closely with digital team members such as content managers, product analysts, product owners, project management, product management and technical members of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital content management systems in a highly-regulated environment.



Responsibilities:



Own coordination of plan-related materials, primarily in PDF format, to display on digital properties



Partner with Insurance Solutions plan materials team members



Solution, manage and author content and assets for organizations digital presence using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)



Perform UAT and PAT in complex IT environments



Provide direction on AEM authoring solutions to meet business needs and goals



Work in an agile, rapid-development environment



Collaborate with IT partners to resolve functional and technical issues relating to Adobe AEM



Perform Agile Feature and User Story creation and management in Rally system



Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them



Motivate and inspire team members



Review comps and provide feedback on how design/content will work within AEM capabilities



Requirements:



Bachelors degree or equivalent experience



4 years content management experience working with a digital content management system



Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.2 or above



Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables with competing timelines



Demonstrated strong attention to detail



Ability to adapt to changing technology



Basic knowledge of HTML



Proficiency in database use



Advanced MS Excel skills



Experience in a compliance-driven organization



Experience working with both Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Classic UI and Touch UI



Experience with Agile development methodology



Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity



Ability to work in a matrixed organization



Knowledge of Medicare business



Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with and influence without authority
