Our client, one of the largest insurance companies in the U.S., is seeking two Sales Representatives in their Warrenville, IL location. Youll identify and engage potential individual and group customers using a variety of lead generation techniques. Your responsibilities will include securing quotes and selling a range of insurance products, such as automobile, homeowners, and life insurance. Additionally, you will excel in conducting customer needs analyses to uncover multiple selling opportunities and provide tailored solutions.

About the Role:

Stay updated on the latest product and service offerings for Personal Markets customers.

Provide expert guidance and advice to prospects and policyholders regarding suitable protection and coverage options.

Drive growth by prospecting and selling new Group Savings Plus (GSP) client accounts, expanding sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and deliver compelling GSP programs to potential Affinity clients.

Execute strategic marketing initiatives, including on-site events and educational seminars, to penetrate both new and existing Affinity accounts.

Requirements:Possess and maintain a valid state insurance license for property, casualty, and life insurance.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales.

Proficient in verbal and written communication, group presentations, persuasion, and negotiation.

Strong time management skills and ability to excel in an independent, fast-paced work environment.

Demonstrated analytical capabilities to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
