SEN Teaching Assistant | Enfield | £82.14 - £100/day | September 2025

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in inclusive primary schools across Enfield. From September 2025, schools in Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their teams.

The SEN Teaching Assistant will support children with autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties, ensuring pupils feel confident, supported, and included in school life.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:

Full-time, term-time only

Daily rate: £82.14 - £100

Work 1:1 and with small groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to provide personalised support

Ideal Candidate for SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in schools

Knowledge of SEN strategies, particularly autism and SEMH

A patient, proactive, and caring approach

A strong commitment to inclusive education
