We have an amazing opportunity for a Residential Childcare Trainer, to work for one of the country's leading training providers. You will help to inspire learners to realise their full potential, offering support, advice, and guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey. Giving you the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with others.

Full training can be given to unqualified trainers however in order to apply a Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent within the Residential childcare sector is essential.

Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

Location- Northamptonshire & Peterborough

You will need:

* Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Residential Child care.

* Proven occupational experience within Residential Children's Home settings (Deputy or Manager)

* Assessing qualification D32 D33, Cava, Taqa, or equivalent (Desired)

* Teaching Qualification PTLLS, CTLLS or equivalent (Desired)

* Great Communication Skills

* Full Driving license

* Good Presentation Skills

* Good IT Skills
