Proven PropTech SaaS sales specialist requirement to help increase market share and brand recognition east of the Mississippi for a rapidly emerging real estate leasing platform.

The Opportunity:

The appointed sales Executive will be responsible for hunting for new opportunities, converting qualified leads, conducting demos, negotiating pricing/terms and closing deals. This role is a unique opportunity to work very closely in a small, well-funded and powerful team where there is no ceiling for growth and the ability to move up. Key responsibilities will also include:

* Developing prospecting plans for territory development

* Building relationships and creating new opportunities

* Maintaining opportunity/account information within CRM

* Developing new sales opportunities through networking

* Maintaining up-to-date forecasts and healthy pipelines

* Providing management with sales reports and project updates

* Gathering competitor intelligence to differentiate value proposition


* Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS / business application space

* BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing

* Record of success in an inside sales or outside sales-based selling model

* Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment

* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as learning and adopting new tools

* Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems

* Experience creating pipelines and forecasting

* Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable business relationships

* Familiarity with technology market trends and demonstrate curiosity in new technologies and products that could add value

* Previous experience in the commercial or residential PropTech industry
