An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and driven Maintenance Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking manufacturing operation in Invergordon!

You will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Fitters and Electricians to ensure plant reliability, performance, and safety within a high-paced industrial environment.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact from day one, contributing to the ongoing development of preventative maintenance systems and supporting key operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

* Lead and manage the maintenance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

* Oversee the planning and implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance.

* Drive operational efficiency by improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

* Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and oversee stores and inventory.

* Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to align maintenance efforts with business objectives.

* Coordinate annual shutdowns and large-scale maintenance projects.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and administrative documentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

* Previous experience in a similar position or ready to take the next step up from a supervisor within manufacturing or heavy industry.

* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

* Strong organisational and planning capabilities.

* Confident decision-maker with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

* Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement strategies.

* Familiarity with world-class manufacturing tools and methodologies is desirable.

* Level 3 SVQ in Engineering or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
