Arranging Training Courses

Main purpose of the role

To assist the training department in arranging courses for employees and sub-contractors in a timely manner

Key Activities (detailed tasks)

* Ensure training courses are confirmed with the Training Manager and are booked in a timely manner and set up in accordance with company procedures.

* Communicating with CM’s/Safety Advisors to check any updates on site movement. Relaying any issues to the Training Manager/Coordinator.

* Completing the booking of construction related courses and the raising of a purchase order in support of all courses booked. The scanning of all paperwork relating to the booking of courses in the relevant place.

* Notifying operatives of construction courses and charge costs.

Intermediate Excel skills desirable


2 years- experience in an administrator role

Training administration experience desirable

* Good excel skills and use of spreadsheets

* Ability to demonstrate flexibility /versatility combined with initiative, drive, and ability to meet deadlines
