Social Housing Maintenance Ground worker - Must have an NVQ/City and Guilds

Skilled Careers is currently recruiting for an experienced Ground worker to join a leading team in the social housing sector, covering Crawley. If you’re a skilled Ground worker looking for a stable role with opportunities for growth, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Role Overview:

As a Social Housing Maintenance Ground worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

Carrying out Ground worker repairs and maintenance work within social housing properties

Responding to emergency and scheduled maintenance requests from tenants and property managers

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Conducting property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs

Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Ground worker, ideally within the social housing or maintenance sector

NVQ or City & Guilds in Grounds Maintenance or equivalent

Full UK Driving Licence

Job Details:

Salary: Up to £44k per year - Weekly CIS payment offered 

Location: Crawley

Van and fuel card provided
