Are you a graduate Teaching Assistant, with experience in KS2?

We are seeking a graduate Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting students in KS2 for a Primary School based in Hayes. This is a long term position, starting in September and is perfect for someone living within the Hillingdon borough.

The staff her genuinely care for their students and set high expectations, then celebrating the progress and achievements of their pupils. The whole school and its community have a clear and tangible sense of purpose, working tirelessly to ensure that every child is able to succeed.

About the school:

This Primary School ensure that every member of the school community is valued and respected. Students are encouraged to develop both academically and socially and become independent and confident students. You will be working within the Year 5 class, supporting students struggling so an ability to use your own initiative and a real desire to support students is essential.

The role:

To support students in Year 5
To work with the class teacher, and provide feedback where needed
Work in line with the schools values and mission
To be flexible in supporting students as a group and 1:1
Ensure there is a safe learning environment for all studentsRequirements:

Relevant degree, essential
At least 1 year of experience working in a Primary School
A passion to support students
Good communication skills

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
