You’ll play a key role in bringing

robotic welding cells

to life — working closely with system integrators to design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge solutions that boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Collaborate with system integrators to

design, implement, and optimise robotic welding cells

.

⚙️ Lead

setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting

of automated welding systems to enhance performance.

🧩 Ensure seamless

integration into existing production lines

, resolving technical challenges with ease.

👨‍🏭 Provide

technical support and training

to production teams on robotic operation and maintenance.

📈 Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying opportunities for

continuous improvement

.

🔄 Work cross-functionally to align

design, engineering, and production goals

.

💡 Stay ahead of the curve with the latest

welding, robotics, and automation innovations

.

🎓

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in

automation and/or robotics engineering

.

Strong hands-on experience with

robotic or automation systems

.

Solid understanding of

PLC programming

, robotic controls, and industrial automation platforms.

Excellent

problem-solving

and troubleshooting skills.

Clear, confident

communication

and teamwork abilities.

Degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

(or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus Skills

Experience developing or leading

new automation projects

Knowledge of

CAD

and

simulation tools

for robotic system design.

Familiarity with

safety standards and best practices

in manufacturing automation.
