Job Description:

Electrical Test Instruments, LLC (ETI) is looking for a talented Director of

Sales to join its team! This is a full-time role for an experienced sales

professional interested in building and managing the sales function at a

growing small business. ETI offers competitive pay and great benefits,

Chief Executive Officer. Your role as a Director of Sales is vital for both

our customers and ETI s success.


ETI is a leader in the calibration, repair, and manufacturing of electrical

testing and measuring equipment. We provide best-in-class products and

calibration services to support our customers needs. We work with Fortune

500 businesses, utilities, municipalities, universities, and electrical testing

companies of all shapes and sizes. ETI is growing quickly and looking for

strong team members to support our new and existing clients. We value teamwork,

Key Responsibilities:

The Director of Sales will primarily be responsible for building, growing, and

managing the sales function at ETI. Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Inside Sales

Representatives and Account Managers.

* Establishing sales targets for Inside Sales Representatives individually

and the sales team overall in coordination with the CEO.

* Tracking sales-team efforts against metrics established in coordination

with the CEO.

* Serving as a player-coach, simultaneously contributing directl

sales efforts with prospective customers while also training and managing

other sales personnel on your team.

* Leading efforts to build a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.

* Assisting in the selection and implementation of a CRM system.

Education, Experience & Requirements:

* Bachelors degree

* At least seven years of related sales or business-development experience

required. Experience managing a sales team strongly preferred.

* B2B industrial services sales experience preferred. Experience working

with ETI s customers and/or customer segments will be strongly


* Demonstrated track record of meeting established sales quotas in a B2B

industrial services sales role preferred.

* Experience implementing Salesforce or similar CRM system in a previous

role preferred.

* Entrepreneurial approach and interest in building the sales team at a

growing organization required. Willingness to engage in a variety of

sales-related tasks, both large and small, within a largely-unstructured

environment will be important to the success of this position.

* Willingness to attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events

nationwide from time to time, as required.

Must possess a valid driver s license and pass a backgr

security check.
