Sales Operations Team Leader - Ashford, Kent
Role Purpose Statement
To lead a team of coordinators and senior coordinators in supporting Corporate Solutions and National Accounts sales teams and customers. Based in Ashford Enterprise House, the Sales Operations team provide resource in supporting the management of our large corporate customers with insight, great customer service, joint business planning and retention. Managing pricing, buying lists, reporting, eCommerce systems and service related provisions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of escalation on matters related to Client Relations;
• Sales Support; Data Delivery; Account Management
• Attend and represent the team at BM's team meetings
• Customer engagement and interaction as required to support NAM's
• Create, Analyse and deliver regular and ad-hoc Business & Customer related data reports to requested deadlines
• Conduct regular team meetings & 1-2-1's to ensure effective communication on day-to-day activities/issues; new initiatives and business improvements
• Performance management of the team through the review and follow up of all relevant KPI's
• Managing all HR policies, absence matters in line with company policies
• Undertake regular IPRs with coordinators within your team
• Coach and mentor team members to assist on their development
• Develop training plans for new starters
• Ensure all team members are trained on all system enhancements
• By review and regular checks keep the teams "bibles" up to date
• Ensuring co-ordinators are fully engaged in Price Review process
• Working with peers across the wider Sales Operation teams on initiatives, driving efficiencies and ways of working
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Highly IT literate - MS Office (in particular Excel), Databases, CRM
• An ability to implement change
• Good systems and process knowledge
• Sound commercial awareness
• Good standard of education
• Experience with SAP & Business/Data Analytics
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
