Internal Technical Sales Administrator
Summary
A 2nd position has become available within our client's internal sales office. Duties include:
Summary
1. Administration of Orders and Schedules, Preparation of Quotations
2. Offering Solutions to Customers issues, this may include an alternative part, quoting with a proactive mindset to offer a wider range of products to maximise sales
3. Telesales
4. Liaise with other departments (Purchasing, Production, External Team) to determine the best possible offer we can make to the customer.
5. Build Relationships with customers
6. Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in the hydraulics industry
2. Product knowledge essential
3. SAP/Microsoft office experience preferred but training can be given
