Location: Volkswagen Group’s National Learning Centre, Wymbush
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits!
Contract: Permanent, Full time

We are DEKRA Automotive, we have a unique and challenging opportunity for an Aftersales Recall Campaign Coordinator to join our global business employing over 44,000 employees in more than 50 countries on all five continents!
In the UK, we offer diverse services across automotive, oil and gas, insurance and chemical and process safety industries.
We are now recruiting for an Aftersales Recall Campaign Coordinator to support the current manufacturers Campaign Managers, managing contact from the Authorised Repairer Workshops in high volume areas by providing a support function.
As our Aftersales Recall Campaign Coordinator, you will:
* Remotely provide support to assist the retailer network with the identification of technical product issues and adherence to process.
* Work closely with the Retailers technicians/ campaign co-ordinators and the manufacturer’s existing Campaign Management team via specified communication channels.
* Support the retailers, and assist in the development of solutions to reduce the volume and improve the quality of inbound contact.
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Experience of a range of vehicle systems including electrical/electronic systems.
* Experience in aspects of vehicle repairs.
* Volkswagen Group Accredited Qualified Technician (or higher) is an advantage but not essential.
* Experience of Volkswagen Group Aftersales and Diagnostic Systems ELSA & ODIS is an advantage but not essential.
* Confident in warranty procedures.
* Good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
* Good Computer skills familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
* A process driven individual that can both adhere to process and simplify complexity.
* Ability to work on own initiative with attention to detail with flexible and proactive personality.
* Personal qualities of integrity, credibility with high-level of organizational and time management skills
* Customer focused
