Bid Co-ordinator

My client is looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised and pro-active Bid Co-ordinator who will report to the Bid Manager and be responsible for coordinating multiple SQs and providing additional support to the wider work winning team. The successful post-holder will contribute to the planned and sustained business growth of my cliet by supporting the production of client bespoke SQs and bid proposals. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for SQs and bid related administration, supporting the end to end bid process.

Main Duties:

* Production of SQ documents including collation of all supporting information

* SQ written responses including references for approval by a bid manager

* Develop graphics using design software to support quality bid production

* Organising, attending and minuting SQ and bid launches

* Manage client communications including portals and emails

* Coordinate client facing tender submissions working with multiple Bid Managers

* Undertake formatting and design support for bid production

* Update information within the CRM system against opportunities

* Carry out reviews and edit functions of work created by others

* Maintenance of evidence and best practice databases

* Ensure submissions takes proper account of all policies, standards and procedures

* Manage the clarification process with the client including making sure the bid team are kept fully up to date with clarifications/document changes etc.

* Support teams to prepare for site visits and interviews including presentations and briefing the team on the Bid Promises

* Manage any post submission correspondence with Client team, through to conclusion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree qualified or relevant experience

* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and part of a team

* Proficient in desktop publishing and design software (Creative Cloud CS6 suite, etc)

* Ability to work in a demanding environment with multiple deadlines

* Good communication skills (written and verbal)

* Strong time management/prioritisation skills

* Strong written English language skill

* Previous bidding experience

* Previous knowledge of the social housing market preferred
