We are now looking for a Contractor Care Manager to join our head office in Altrincham, reporting into the Group Managing Director and with overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, and ensuring that we can continue to offer an excellent level of service to our contractors.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of c.£35,000-£45,000, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include pension scheme, remote and flexible working policies, 22 days holiday rising to 25, holiday purchase scheme, long service awards (including sabbaticals, weekends away, vouchers), VIP lunch club, casual dress policy, and various other incentives (such as team of the quarter, employee of the quarter, referral schemes).

Summary of the Role

The Contractor Care Manager is responsible for the delivery, development and continuous improvement of a first-class Contractor Care Service, ensuring the team are trained and effective across onboarding, pre-employment screening, and any amendments / extensions.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring contractor care services are aligned to overall business strategy
Manage and mentor the Contractor Care team to deliver service excellence, ensuring they are all upskilled to support every area of the candidate journey
Ensuring Contractor Care service meets or exceeds both Rullion's and the customer's requirements
Engagement and collaboration with wider Rullion colleagues
Ongoing management of costs / budget and service quality
Continuous improvement and development of the overall service
Manage the operational relationship with the onboarding solution provider
Control of the onboarding solution configuration, ensuring the system is utilized effectively by the team
Ensure all documentation, processes and policies are up-to-date and correct
Conduct service reviews with Rullion's key / managed solution accounts
Regular reporting on service performance
Act as an escalation point for complex queries and service failures
Stay up-to-date with best practice and new innovations around contractor care
Support on any additional projects as requiredQualifications, skills & experience

Previous onboarding and pre employment screening experience
Good awareness of relevant legislation
Team management experience
Strong desire to achieve service excellence and delight the customer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Aptitude for IT, including strong Word and Excel skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
