Working with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for a permanent Electrician to cover the Merseyside area working on a Maintenance Direct Contract.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards
* Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition
* Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations
* Replace electrical sockets and fittings
* Replace consumer units
* Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void
Requirements:
* Electrical test engineer with 2391, 18th edition Minimum
* Level 3 NVQ
* Experience in EICR Testing in social and Private Housing
