Income Collections Manager

Coalville, Leicestershire

Salary £33,147 - £39,445 plus car cash alternative payment of £5055

Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Other benefits – Health Care cash plan, DC pension scheme, Free drinks, Free Parking, 34 days holiday per annum to include bank holidays, rising to 39 days with length of service

The role

Our client is looking for strong, proactive candidates to lead, manage and motivate the income team, ensuring the maximization of income collection, based in Coalville.

Responsible for a team ensuring that targets are met and a customer focussed, effective, efficient and responsive service is delivered at all times.

Develop, recommend and implement policies and objectives consistent with statutory regulations, best practice and financial constraints.

The ideal candidate

They are looking for candidates with experience of staff supervision and sound knowledge of legislation and best practice and knowledge of the principles of financial Inclusion. They need strong individuals who are capable of managing priorities, work effectively and delivering higher performing services.

In order to perform effectively in the role you must be able to demonstrate a positive approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service, top quartile performance, have good numeracy skills, have a sound understanding of the principles of welfare reform and experience of UC in practice and have experience of internal & external partnership working.
