Senior Support Worker at St. Johns School and College

£22, 993 per annum

Brighton and Hove (Peacehaven included)

Some of your duties will include:

* Beingh the leader on shift

* Managing staff effectively, including undertaking investigations into misconduct where required

* Management of staff probations and 1-2-1s, including promotion of professional development

* Allocation of work to teams and individuals

* Promoting the emotional health and self-esteem of the young people

* You will also support young people in making their own decisions.
