The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hiltons portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. What will I be doing? The Analyst, Marketing Platform Services, is responsible for providing support to one of the teams key products, marKIT, Hiltons central resource for building marketing and creative assets. The Analyst, Marketing Platform Services will attain master-level knowledge and capabilities of the marKIT platform to serve as an advocate for all users. MarKIT is home to on-property, sales & marketing, advertising, photography, content, and guideline assets. It contains the right set of technical capabilities to meet goals and is embraced by hotels and appropriate corporate teams for use. The Analyst, Marketing Services works together with the marKIT team to maximize the use of the technical platform in support of designated brands, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. More specifically, you will: Field, route, respond and resolve inquiries from users around subjects including access, keyword search, template customizations, uploads, downloads, printing, and more Troubleshoot errors found pertaining to the platform Integrate and train printers and fulfillment partners Work directly with Hiltons Cross-Brand Hotel Enablement team to create content for the Solution Hub, marKITs community support portal, and discussion forum Manage marKIT analytics, including reporting dashboard Compile data and insights on marKIT utilization and engagement to be used to influence partners to build appropriate content and assist the marKIT team with prioritization of platform enhancements Facilitate uploading and assigning of appropriate metadata for assets on marKIT platform Work together with team members supporting other Marketing Services products to align on the process and create workflow efficiencies Assist with special projects, as needed What are we looking for? We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Can work independently and take initiative, anticipating and resolving problems Strong customer-centric demeanor and work ethic Detail-focused; Ability to complete projects within tight deadlines Oversee multiple priorities and projects Relationship building experience; ability to collaborate outside of the department to enlist the collaboration of other organizational partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: Three (3) years of professional experience Six (6) months of experience in Digital Asset Management or supporting a platform that creates marketing content It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: BA/BS Bachelors Degree Experience with API integrations Hands-on support of technical platforms Familiarity with master brand strategies, co-op marketing, and digital media Experience working with regional marketing teams Proficiency in InDesign What is it like working for Hilton?
