Elevation Recruitment are proud to be working with this national employee benefits business looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to nurture and grow their North-Eastern territory.
This is a mix of account management and identifying new business, working for a business that truly value their people.

Area Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities:

* Achieve and exceed targeted sales revenue from data supplied, referrals, own leads, and business enquiries.
* To maximise value of existing portfolio through organic growth, cross sales, and upgrades. Building out and maintaining fully up to date account plans.
* Provide referrals to appropriate desk-based sales colleagues for opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Propositions and Underwriting and utilise all available tools, insights and support available, to deliver and exceed targets.

Area Sales Manager Skills & Experience:

* Proven B2B Sales, experienced in working towards and exceeding targets
* Articulate with strong communication skills (oral and written)
* Proven ability to work independently to generate own opportunities and deliver end to end follow up on all opportunities presented
* Experienced dealing with senior commercial stakeholders such as business owners and company Directors.
*Experienced in building strong trusted relationships with diverse clients and colleagues
*Energetic, highly self-motivated with an enquiring approach, passion for excellence, continued improvement and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
