Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with this fantastic organisation to recruit an Internal Sales Engineer to join their UK team based in Hull.

Engineering Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities:

*Assess incoming enquiries, quoting the correct solution and securing orders.
*Proactively call existing and new customers to improve customer service and increase aftermarket sales.
*Work with external sales and marketing team to develop strategies that generate leads, attract new customers and ultimately increase sales
*Provide technical support to sales admin team and external sales team
*Project leader for implementation of Salesforce CRM
*Driving utilisation of new CRM system, taking a data driven approach to improve sales efficiency of the external sales team.

Engineering Sales Executive Skills & Experience:

*Technical/Engineering background with experience in sales environment.
*Must have a qualification in Engineering or be able to demonstrate a good level of technical aptitude.
*Not afraid to pick-up the phone and call customers, hunter mentality.
*Must be a success-orientated, driven, ambitious individual
*Experience with Salesforce is extremely desirable
*Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
