We are looking for a Project Coordinator to organise and manage projects and clients for a eoncrete flooring subcontractor.

Our client is a specialist conoctrete floor and joinrey subcontractor who have two divisons within the business, domestic and commericlal. This poistion is on the commercial side where you will be managing large concrete packages for tier one main contractos throughout London. 

The various tasks and role of the Project Coordinator inlclude:

Attend daily meetings,
provide Commercial site stock record to procurement team
Order concrete and pumps
Plan, schedule and delegate daily work activities on site,
ibute correct construction drawings to site staff
Coordinate with main contractor and architects’
Survey all installed work
Qualifications required;

Minimum NVQ lv 6
3 day First Aid
CSCS Black
Full Drivers licence
IT Skills
