Sales and Marketing Lead (Shared Ownership / Social Housing)

Salary: £59,482-£62,493 per annum

Based: Walsall, West Midlands

Contract: Permanent, Full time (37hrs per week)

Closing Date: Sunday 28th February 2021

The Sales and Marketing Lead is a critical role in delivering our clients ambitions. You will lead a team seeking to sell all of their shared ownership portfolio, of up to 200 homes per year, off-plan, while building the Anthem Homes brand on their market sale developments.

As our client’s sales and marketing expert, you will understand the shared ownership landscape in addition to the private sale marketplace. You will need to be unashamedly customer focussed, while also being commercially minded. This role requires an individual who is target driven and an exceptional motivator and leader.

Fiercely brand focussed, you will need to get into your stride quickly, while not being afraid to lead an ambitious programme of change, delivering a service that our client can be proud of and one that is marketable to other RPs and the private sector.
