Role: SDR Manager – Property Services

Salary: c£45,000 basic, £60k OTE, EMI Share Option

SDR Manager – Property Services:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with multiple subsidiaries including a leading fire safety, engineering and prevention company, a professional services and operational management consultancy, a property data and software platform and a property predictive analytics development house.

This role has the objective of growing and leading an internal sales team. They need a hands on SDR Manager, who will oversee a team of SDR’s, set sales goals and implement sales strategy in a timely manner, help qualify leads, maintain relationships with target customers, and develop an in depth understanding of markets in order to create compelling and competitive approaches.

The role reports directly into the Sales Director, and will offer genuine progression opportunities within the business.

Candidate Requirements:

* The role requires a proven Internal Sales Manager who has a strong background in Facilities Management or Property Services.

* You will need to be someone who is extremely articulate, as there will be customer dealings at a C-Suite Level.

* You will need to be highly assertive, but likeable.

* You will need to be commutable to the offices in Central London.
