Job Description

This position aims to help the ideal candidate acquire all essential knowledge about marketing, sales, and operations to become a future manager. You will learn firsthand what it means to be on the front line of representation for a top-notch clientele. You will interact and handle customer needs directly while simultaneously developing the necessary skills to train and manage a team.


Daily Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in new customer acquisition and increasing sales revenue for clients.
  • Professionally representing and promoting our clients to increase brand awareness in a retail setting.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities to stay up to date on client brand, promotions, and industry trends.


  • Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling, a plus!
  • Must be able to adapt to varying store assignments.
