Senior Java Developer - Core Java / Spring boot

Key Skills: Core Java , Spring Boot (or a similar framework like Micronaut)

Desirable: Java FX (Building desktop UI functions)

An exciting opportunity is on offer for a Senior Java Developer to work for an innovative and growing BioTech business in Cambridge. The chosen Senior Java Developer will be working with a talented team of engineers and testers.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will have strong Core Java development experience and Spring Boot (or similar framework like Micronaut etc) experience . The role will give you the opportunity to work on a very interesting IOT platform. The chosen Senior Java Developer will help improve the current software as well as mainly working on greenfield projects. Experience of developing desktop UI functions (JAVA FX) would be a plus.

There is a huge opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to progress quickly within this business and take ownership of large parts of the project . You will have experience of working in agile (SCRUM) environments.
