Fellow is looking to hire an eCommerce Manager, Amazon to help grow our presence and sales on Amazon domestically and internationally.

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where no goal is too intimidating when theres a great team and product portfolio behind it!

Day-to-day the role involves any of:

* Analyze, manage and optimize Fellows Amazon performance with a focus on conversion, AOV, traffic, reputation indicators like product ratings and other key metrics to ensure traffic converts to sales and repeat purchase.

* Proactively resolve issues ensuring products are available for purchase and that inventory is available to fulfil orders.

* Set up promotions, coupons, deals and analyze their impact, collaborating with the Growth Marketing Manager to identify Amazon PPC, DSP and other advertising campaigns to drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead and drive Fellows Amazon revenue goals and growth plan

* Manage the Fellow Products store on Amazon including: new content /imagery, SKUs management, product description pages and everything else required for Marketplaces to be successful

* Identify trends, areas of opportunity, scale and potential improvements to drive ongoing business vision and optimization

* Seek efficiencies and strategies we can employ to grow sales, reduce costs, and increase conversions

* Monitor and manage weekly and monthly KPI reports for digital marketing and overall marketplace performance

* Monitor SEO positions across all listings then implement changes to drive organic growth

* Use analytics to evaluate the performance of and opportunities for improvements in merchandising, site activity and user behavior

* Coordinate inventory between platforms and our warehouse team

* Grow our brand in new Amazon geographies

* Proactively catch and identify issues before they are problems


Experience required:

* Were looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of the dynamics of ecommerce marketplaces preferably with 4 years+ experience selling on Amazon

* Strong experience using Amazon Seller Central specifically

* Strong use of Amazon and marketplace optimization tools

* Proven track record of delivering results and generating growth using marketplaces

* Analytical abilities - using tools like Google Analytics and others

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

* Self-Starter and self-motivated individual with an owner mindset can drive growth

* Highly organized and able to multitask without any loss of output or focus.
