My Client is a leading housing association based in the East Midlands. They currently require a Carpenter to work on their voids and reactive maintenance contracts in Northampton.

You will be required to work 37 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months.

Current job role:
• Reactive maintenance on void and tenanted properties.
• All Carpentry work
• To ensure all pre and post inspections are carried out.
• Liaise with customers in a friendly professional manner.

To be successful for the role as a Carpenter you must have:
• Full UK licence.
• Previous work experience within the social housing sector.

In return the Carpenter will receive.
• 24/7 service from our staff.
• Weekly pay, (Always on time).
