Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £18,500 per annum

Full time/ permanent - Office based - not remote

Monday - Friday (38 hours per week)

Monday: 8:30am - 5pm/ Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Location: Kettering (one of the surrounding towns)

Ascendant Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client who is looking for an experienced Customer Service/ Administration professional to join their already established team. My client is looking for somebody who has relevant demonstrable experience, good knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop.

Duties and responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator:

Data entry - accurate and timely input of customers' orders
Responding to queries via e-mail
Query resolution and ad-hoc reporting
Invoicing orders ready for shipment, and creating associated paperwork

Required skills and experience of Customer Service Administrator:

Strong communication, organizational and administrative skills
Must be numerate
Must have good written English
Excellent attention to detail
Good computer skills and efficiency MS Office - Outlook/ Word / Excel / PowerPoint
