Job Description

We are searching for a Sales Representative that will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for their employer.

Your duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers, and maintaining documentation of their sales using invoices and client contracts.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during the sales experience.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about the product and services offered

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

  • Answer questions about the products and services offered

  • Prepare sales agreements (quotes) and contracts in HubSpot

  • Maintain company records, contact records, and contact lists in HubSpot

  • Follow up with customers to continue relationships post-sales

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a sales representative

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Patience when handling tough cases

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Familiarity with the real estate or marketing industry is a plus

  • Understanding of how CRM systems work; preferably HubSpot

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, Commission

  • $75000 - $125000 / year
