Senior practitioner within substance misuse (Social work)

Your new company
A local authority in the south are having a small restructure within their substance misuse area and are seeking a new senor practitioner to join the service on a long term locum contract.

Your new role
You will be working as a senior practitioner within a substance misuse service, working closely with the community, other professional bodies and other social workers within the service. Ideally you will have previous experience or a true passion for mental health, substance abuse / misuse, homelessness and safeguarding.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working in a social work setting previously within adult services and within the above settings. Previous senior practitioner experience is desirable.

What you'll get in return
You will earn an extremely competitive rate and an extremely long temporary contract. There will also be an opportunity to go permanent if you would like to.
