HR Employee Relations Advisor- Enfield

The post holder will play a key role supporting managers to effectively manage sickness absence in line with the Council's Absence & Attendance policy. Providing HR advise and guidance to ensure all absence cases are effectively progressed in a timely manner to reduce overall sickness absence levels across the Council. To provide regular absence management reports and statistics, review long-term and frequent short-term cases and ensure there are absence management plans in place
