As the Facilities & Security Specialist, you will work closely with the Facilities & Security managers.



 



Position: 



You will be expected to provide support to the Facilities and Security managers in the administration of day-to-day Facility and Security operations including: dispatching service requests to vendors, assisting in the coordination of facility and Security repairs, ensure customer follow-ups, administration of work orders to ensure timely delivery/completion of services. Must possess high-level client service skills, attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to assign priority to multiple requests simultaneously, and remain cool under pressure. This is a dual role and you must be able to change stride in the duties assigned. We are looking for a highly motivated, team player, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

Strong interest to work with facilities/security department and handle work order processing applications, alarm systems, card access, investigations and reporting, Business continuity remediation, asset protection, risk assessments, etc.



Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure cooperative and productive work relationships



Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on process improvement and quality customer service delivery and Security Service



Knowledgeable in procurement of services, processing of PRs, POs and invoicing a plus



Ability to travel within the Bank’s footprint as needed



Assist and support other department functions when needed and enhance organizational initiatives with positive influence



Assist the Facilities and Security management with other duties as assigned.



Manage the daily operations in absence of Facilities and Security Management



Maintain relationships with local, State, and Federal LEO’s/Fire Department Agencies with a high level of awareness of possible criminal activity and/or civil unrest



Ensure the proper handling and escalation of Facilities and Security incident and response



Assist in development of Policy and Procedure



Assist with physical and electronic security equipment, monitoring devices,



Assists in preparation of enterprise wide training to ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal Fire safety guidelines



Provide subject matter expertise to team members and on assignments/projects in his/her area (s) of responsibility



Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience working in Facilities and/or Security departments



Familiar with DVR/NVR systems – Security Card Access systems and basic Security alarm system



Basic understanding of financial institution security requirements and regulations. Basic knowledge of minor repairs.



Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, Strong prioritization, and problem resolution skills



Ability to work independently - Proactive, innovative, self-starter, and result oriented.



Attention to detail and excellent time management skills



Keen sense of humor is valued



Must be able to respond after hours for Facilities and/or Security emergencies



Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point presentation software



Other duties as assigned



Valid Drivers license
