The Administrator and Minute Meetings role is available on a temporary, full-time basis, with an immediate start date running at least into next year, with a NHS Trust based in South London. The successful candidate will have excellent minute taking and administration experience within a healthcare setting and be available to start ASAP and already be working at band 5.

Description

The key duties for the Administrator and Minute Meetings role are:

Take minutes/actions at some senior management meetings
Provide admin support to clinicians who complete Serious Investigations / Complaints. Profile

The successful Administrator and Minute Meetings candidates will have:

Minute taking essential
Exceptional administration experience in a healthcare setting
Excellent grammar and spelling
Knowledge of NHS systems are desirable
Good attention to detail, effective organisation, good communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work independently and as a team
