A small Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Registered Manager. This role is a full-time and permanent position.

This is an exciting organisation with room for further progression.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Registered Manager:

Business Development
Managing a team of Social Workers and other staff members
Improving the fostering service
Preparing for OFSTED inspections
Requirements for you as the Registered Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Registered with the Social Work England
Significant experience of working within Fostering, ideally with a Charity or Independent Fostering Agency
Management experience
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering
Location: West Yorkshire

Salary Scale: £48,000 - £51,000 d.o.e & benefits
