Regional Estates Manager

Permanent position

Great opportunity to work as Regional Estates Manager for a high profile, within the telecoms sector that also offers flexible working from Theale location (Near Reading). This role will report into the National Estates Manager. The role will assume responsibility for the West/South West Region. Site visits are rare, so the role is essentially a desk job. Our client currently run a T&A outsourced model

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility will be to provide property oversight of the estates or cell sites, and the OPEX associated with those locations.
Develop and deliver strategies that will enhance landlord engagement and improve the financial performance of the estate
To ensure that best value is achieved in a commercially prudent manner.
Manage our partners negotiating Market Rent reviews on our sites to minimise the financial impact of new deals.
Manage the negotiations with Landlords for improved statutory requirements relating to landlord and tenant legislation and telecommunications legislation.Skills required to be successful:

Candidates should be knowledgeable in access disputes, rights, litigation, rent reviews
Understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and the New Electronic Communications Code 2017
Previous experience using /amending / negotiating legal documentation
Telco knowledge is preferred
