We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Project Manager to join our passionate and driven Group Projects team on a permanent basis!

Job Responsibilities:

The position will support the group projects teams ongoing delivery of mobilisation across all service areas and bids. 
Establish and maintain governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for the governance and delivery of projects and programmes, which align with organisational practice.
Governance arrangements ensure that appropriate stakeholders take decisions such as whether to initiate, approve funding continue with, and/or alter the scope of the change initiative. 
Develop, manage and control the activities of a change initiative, taking account of different dimensions such as scope, schedule, resource requirements and availability, budgets, estimates, dependencies, risks and issues and quality requirements.
Identify and monitor risks (threats and opportunities) and issues, to plan and implement responses to them, and respond to other issues that affect the successful delivery of the project.
Manage risk and issue in a proactive and iterative process by identifying risks and issues, planning how to respond to them, and implementing the responses where appropriate. 
Manage the integration of the outputs of change initiatives from projects, programmes or service improvement into business-as-usual, addressing the readiness of users and compatibility of work systems. 
Search for agreement, seek acceptance, consensus and alignment of views between individuals and/or interest groups, as wells as address and resolve differences.
Effective conflict management exploits healthy conflict and tackles negative conflict to prevent differences from becoming destructive elements.

What we are looking for from you: 

Experience in the use of Project management tools, preferably working knowledge of SmartSheets.  
Clear communicator both written and oral.  
Experience in change management.
Experience in risk management.
Experience in setting up new project governance structures.  
Experience in change management.
Experience in risk management.
Experience in setting up new project governance structures.
Experience in the creation and management of communication plans.
Prince 2 Practitioner or AMP.
