We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Project Coordinator in Mobile to join our passionate and driven Group Projects team on a permanent basis!

Job Responsibilities:

The position will support the group projects teams ongoing delivery of mobilisation across all service areas and bids. 
Support the project manager in the management, review and advise on appropriate processes to collect, store, disseminate, archive and carry out appropriate destruction of information in line with relevant information governance policies and procedures. 
Support Develop, manage and control the activities of a change initiative, taking account of different dimensions such as scope, schedule, resource requirements and availability, budgets, estimates, dependencies, risks and issues and quality requirements.
Identify and monitor risks (threats and opportunities) and issues, to plan and implement responses to them, and respond to other issues that affect the successful delivery of the project.
Manage risk and issue in a proactive and iterative process by identifying risks and issues, planning how to respond to them, and implementing the responses where appropriate. 
Management of mobilisation of hard, soft and integrated FM contracts.
As part of any mobilisation be responsible for the creation and management of standard project management documentation.
Lead client interaction to ensure all project/mobilisations are delivered on time. 
Outside of the BAU mobilisation, the project manager will develop best practice mobilisation plans to support potential new business and bids.
Provide SME support and advise to the wider business.

What we are looking for from you:

Knowledge of Project management tools, preferably working knowledge of SmartSheets.  
Clear communicator both written and oral.  
Knowledge of change management processes.
Knowledge of risk management processes.
Knowledge of updating and tracking project documentation.
Experience in the use of Project management tools, preferably working knowledge of SmartSheets.    
Experience in supporting change management.
Experience in supporting the management of risk and issues.
Experience in setting up new project documentation such as risk registers, action logs benefit trackers.
Experience in the creation and management of communication plans.
Prince 2 foundation
